Job Description

Are you an Administrator that is passionate about Customer Service We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

Joining the team at our Barnsley Branch as a Receptionist/Administrator you will provide support to the whole team and assist in ensuring all our customers have an awesome experience.

The Role:

Our Receptionist/Administrators welcome all visitors to the site take time to understand their requirements and direct them to the appropriate team member. They also deal with our customers over the telephone with the same levels of high service. Ensuring the reception area is always clean neat and tidy they take pride in the environment. Finally to support our sites further they maintain administration systems.

The Receptionist/Administrator role is a key one within our teams so its essential that you are passionate about working with people and consistently strive to deliver an exceptional and professional level of service. Our environments are busy so you need to be adaptable to different situations and to support with the administration tasks be extremely organised with a good eye for detail.
