  • Salary: Hospitality Award Level 2 Front Office Grade 1 $25.85* 25% casual loading Super

* Hourly rate will be dependent on age of successful candidates

About this opportunity

Kickstart your career in the travel industry with this exciting opportunity!
As part of a dynamic team youll work across a rotating roster - including weekends and public holidays - while taking on key responsibilities that support exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage reservations payments and guest enquiries across various communication channels with accuracy and care.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to coordinate group bookings and meet individual guest needs.
  • Support daily operational tasks including audits shift checklists and seamless coordination with housekeeping and reception teams.
  • Uphold guest safety and satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and adhering to emergency protocols and WH&S procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel front office or reservations
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A professional friendly and approachable attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management Systems
  • A flexible team-oriented approach to dynamic hotel operations
