About the Role
We are excited to invite students to join our Business Services and Audit teams for our 2025/2026 graduate program. Our graduates are integral to our firm as we recognise their potential to become future leaders. For the right candidates these positions offer clear pathways for career development within our expanding firm.
As a graduate in Business Services you will have the opportunity to:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business reporting including payroll superannuation GST financial reporting and ATO deadlines
Gain hands-on experiencein supporting business owners with finance and accounting matters with a view to developing your knowledge in identifying important trends to enhance business performance.
As a graduate in Audit you will have the opportunity to:
Engage in real client work gaining practical experience that is essential for your professional growth. You will be involved in various aspects of the audit process providing you with a well-rounded understanding of the field
Benefit from a structured training program and on-the-job mentoring from our experienced team. This program is designed to guide you through your career development ensuring you have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our Business Services and Audit teams. Our ideal candidates have the following qualifications and attributes:
You are currently studying a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Bachelor of Commerce or similar. Alternatively you may have a Bachelor degree in another discipline and have a keen interest or practical experience in accounting
You are open to further study or working towards eligibility for CAANZ or CPA postgraduate qualifications
You bring a proactive approach to work and thrive in a collaborative environment
You are confident in your communication and have excellent interpersonal skills
You possess a sharp attention to detail maintain excellent organisation and consistently demonstrate professionalism
You are tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office applications and are quick to adapt to new technologies
