Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervises the facilitys intake process.
- Organize plan and direct work assignments for intake and front desk staff.
- Provide staff management to include hiring development training and performance management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field may be required based on State licensure requirements.
- Previous supervisory experience of 1 year required.
- CPI CPR (offered at facility)
- Must exhibit excellent communications skills both oral and written.
- Ability to work with male and female adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population.
