Job Description
Quality Staffing Inc. also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search is hiring an experienced Tool Room Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Ball Ground GA. Working 1st shift with a competitive hourly pay rate of $26-$29 (BOE).

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage tools using Crib Master or similar systems.
- Prepare production orders for CNC machines based on schedule.
- Maintain inspect and repair tools as needed.
- Monitor inventory and distribute shop supplies.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized following 5S and Lean practices.
- Use JobPack and Tool Crib software for job tracking and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous tool crib tooling or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC environments Crib Master or JobPack is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Safety-focused with a dependable work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
