Catalents Bathgate facility is seeking aProject Managerto join our growing team. In this pivotal role youll coordinate and drive the storage production packaging and distribution of clinical trial medicinesensuring life-changing therapies reach patients around the world.
The Role:
Lead end-to-end project planning ensuring all milestones are met in alignment with client expectations.
Manage projects across single or multiple business lines or sites acting as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating timely responses to their queries.
Facilitate and lead meetingswith internal teams and clients to drive project progress and ensure delivery within scope budget and timeline.
Coordinate billing milestonesby notifying the Finance team of project completions.
Champion client communication serving as the central hub for all project-related updates and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Represent Catalentat client meetings and conferences promoting our full suite of services and supporting business development efforts.
Support or lead cross-functional and cross-site project teams contributing to departmental site or global initiatives.
Mentor and train junior Project Managers and Coordinators and support training across other functions on project management processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in project management with strong client-facing skills and a passion for exceeding expectations.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication negotiation and facilitation skills both written and verbal.
Adegree in a scientific discipline an apprenticeship or equivalent relevant experience.
Industry knowledgein pharmaceuticals biotech or manufacturing.
The ability towork independently lead multi-site teams and thrive in a global multilingual environment.
Aclient-first mindset with a consistent drive to deliver exceptional service.
