Summary
The Back of House Lead works closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and F&B Leadership team to assist in the supervision and execution of daily preparation of food for guests and employees including preparation and cooking of meals while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. They will assist in the ordering and the inventory of food product and maintain food cost controls such as portioning and menu recipe standards. They provide supervision of Basin BOH staff in the absence of the F&B Manager. This position will also lead in the training of staff on BOH stations and service line positions and they will hold employees accountable to company standards and policies. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.
