Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer & Data Analyst to lead the design development and maintenance of dynamic and insightful BI dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities a deep understanding of business data and the technical expertise to transform data into strategic insights that drive decision-making. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels at working with stakeholders shaping data models and delivering actionable analytics.

Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in data analytics BI development or a similar role.
3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX Power Query and custom visuals).
Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure services (Azure Data Factory Synapse etc.).
Expertise in Python and Expertise in Django Framework
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications.
