Job Description
Sterile Processing Tech Days 5x8hr: Monday - Friday with 1 rotating weekend (Sat&Sun) per month possibly twice depending on staffing needs Daily Caseload per tech: 65 Surgical Cases; 1200 Tray Volume Weekend REQ: Yes Will this traveler need to float between like units No Start Date: ASAP Is on-call required Yes twice per month; rotating weekends Open to accommodating block schedule No; case-by-case possibly considered during contract but depends on core staff. Guaranteed Hours: 40h contract Years of Experience Required: 2 yr experience required Certs Required: Will accept either CBSPDor CRCST (through HSPA formerly IAHCSMM) Locals Accepted: No Additional Information: Inpatient outpatient and trauma setting experience required. Sterilization decontamination assembly/wrap case cart HLD and scrub experience required. Candidate should have experience in surgery cases such as Ortho Urology Endo/Laparoscopic Vascular Thoracic Neuro Gyn Bariatrics Plastics Podiarty ENT Transplant Robotics and Implants. Opthalmology preferred. Note: Everett Surgical Services is no longer accepting COVID-19 vaccination exemptions.
