Job Description

Senior Recruiter Technology Sales Roles (Hybrid Heredia Costa Rica)

We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter for our global Technology client. This role will work sales hiring teams to attract top sales account executives and sales engineers. This role will be each candidates main point of contact leading the recruitment process from resume submission to offer and acceptance.

This is a 6 month contract (extensions or conversion to FTE possible) 40 hour/week role 2 days onsite at the clients office in Heredia Costa Rica.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for Account Executives and Sales Engineers in the US.
  • Generate innovative tactics to captivate and involve passive candidates employing data-driven insights for achieving desired results.
  • Proactively source candidates from various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and
  • Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on effective hiring and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (Workday Recruiting) and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each role
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to efficiently schedule interviews and connect with potential candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify detailed job hiring criteria and implement effective hiring processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR Compensation Finance) to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting (In-House experience preferred) at global technology companies
  • Proficient sourcing abilities and the capability to excel in a dynamic and innovative setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in developing and nurturing connections with important individuals
  • Possess a strategic mindset as it relates to cross functional teams stakeholders and the company.
  • Experience with enterprise ATS systems (Workday Recruiting preferred)
