Athena Medtech is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab team in Cincinnati. In this rewarding role youll work with children from birth through age 21 providing individualized care plans in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental sensory and motor skill challenges
Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers
Provide education and training to parents for home-based reinforcement
Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination
Maintain accurate timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio
Minimum of one year pediatric experience preferred
Commitment to delivering high-quality evidence-based care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
