Job Description

Territory sales officer Company description / Organisation / Department

Location:- Varanasi

Position description / Job description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Provide customers with detailed product information pricing and support.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Develop strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Manage and optimize the distributor network within the territory.
  • Implement promotional activities and strategies to drive sales and increase product visibility.
Expectations / Requirements

Were looking for you if:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
