Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient procurement activities.
- Identify potential vendors and suppliers to meet organizational requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and cost-effective deals with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Analyze market trends and research best products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and other important data.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage budget for procurement activities.
- Handle procurement issues and complaints from vendors and clients.
- Procurement of Project material requirement and Engineering goods of civil electrical mechanical machines and services
- Procurement of Charcoal (base line idea of buying of coconut or commodity products)
- Ability to use MS office applications Word Excel & outlook
- High ability to quickly tackle multiple local suppliers and develop suppliers locally with harmonized relationships
