TBSM Liquidity BSA - 2052a with OSFI Liquidity Reporting Experience
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional in Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) field as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in liquidity management. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience with regulatory liquidity reporting particularly 2052a and OSFI Liquidity Returns and a proven ability to work within a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Reporting: Prepare analyze and validate 2052a and OSFI Liquidity Returns ensuring timeliness accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of liquidity data identifying trends discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments including Risk Management Finance and IT to ensure data integrity and alignment with regulatory standards.
System Optimization: Contribute to system enhancements and process automation to improve efficiency in liquidity reporting workflows.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements related to liquidity management and ensure the organizations compliance.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for processes methodologies and controls associated with liquidity reporting.
Issue Resolution: Investigate data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a liquidity reporting role with a focus on 2052a and OSFI Liquidity Returns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools. Experience with SQL and automation tools is an advantage.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of liquidity risk management regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Adaptability: Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
