Job Description

Job Title: Apptad - Technical Lead
Job Location: USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Job Duration: Long-Term

Job Description:

Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise to guide development teams and enforce architectural standards on an enterprise-grade SaaS system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide architectural oversight and lead solution implementation.

- Manage technical delivery sprint planning code reviews and DevSecOps integration.

- Ensure system performance security and scalability standards are met.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of technical leadership and full-stack development experience.

- Hands-on experience with .NET Core Angular/React Azure SQL Server.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines GitHub Azure DevOps.

- Prior experience in large-scale government or enterprise-grade SaaS projects.

Notes

USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Available to work onsite or in hybrid model as required during implementation
Experienced in projects of similar size and scope (i.e. large-scale SaaS/public sector/government transformation projects)
Capable of supporting long-term delivery and governance alignment
