Job Description
Job title: Provider Enrollment Dispatcher
Duration: 6 Months

Job Discription
- PE Dispatcher is responsible for daily efforts in delivering intra-day management with in promoting resources to achieve business objective.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- High school degree or GED required 2 years college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Interact professionally with Internal/ External staff to provide appropriate and timely response to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
- Process to completion 100% of assigned applications utilizing documented work instructions daily to reduce minimum impact to any service level agreements.
- Key functional responsibility includes the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how planning/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-department operations.
- This position requires some evening and weekend availability as business needs arise.
- Advance level of Excel functions is required familiarity with macros and VBA.
