Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with prospective students via phone email and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
• Assess and qualify applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
• Guide students through the enrollment process collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Build strong relationships in a fast-paced high-volume environment demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Stay compliant with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
• Adapt quickly to changes and implement updates with ease.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture embodying Chamberlains commitment to care and excellence.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficient computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn retain and implement new information
• Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule weekends and evenings to accommodate student departmental and companys needs

Working Hours:

• On-site: 2 days per week 8:00AM 5:00PM
• Remote: 2 days per week 10:00AM - 7:00PM/11:00AM - 8:00PM
• Fridays: Remote 8:00AM 5:00PM

Additional Information :

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $26.44 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
