Job Description
Role: SAP PP/QM BA consultant
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)
Type: Contarct
- Occasional Travel needed to Canada (Until Sep25) and within US through the duration of assignment as SAP PP/QM Consultant you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design development and deployment.
- You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building.
- You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4 PP/QM Implementation
- A minimum of 8 years SAP consulting experience in SAP PP/QM At least 3 end to end S4HANA implementations in SAP PP/QM Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- End to End implementation experience in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP S4Hana PP o Master Data Materials BOM Routing work centers production tools Variant configuration (Class characteristics and their assignment)
- Planning & Forecasting - MRP o Production processes and its SAP solutions Standard Remanufacturing Rebuild Foundry Repetitive Kanban o Capacity planning o MES integration
- Production order management & execution including availability checks batch determination confirmation WIP processing and reporting settlement
- Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD SAP MM and SAP FICO (Product costing) Experience on SAP QM (Quality Management)
- Quality Info records Quality Inspection plans o Usage decisions o Record inspection results o Inventory movement for items under inspection
- Disposal and scrap management TRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.
