Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Configuration: Design develop and implement enhancement issues or projects in Human Capital Management Time Tracking Advanced Compensation. Knowledge of TA and Recruiting is an advantage.
- Functional Knowledge: Apply functional knowledge of Core HCM and Security Modules to support system configurations and enhancements.
- Payroll Integration: Leverage experience in Payroll integrations to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the Workday system.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the HRIT team providing technology solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
- Business Problem Solving: Identify assess and solve complex business problems ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization.
- Project Support: Support project deliverables by demonstrating business knowledge and ensuring that all requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience working with Workday with a strong focus on Functional Configuration in Core HCM Time Tracking Compensation and Recruiting. Workday Certification is a must in one or more modules.
- Payroll Knowledge: Experience with Payroll is a significant advantage.
- Should be well versed in Security and Reporting
- Should be able to work like a Functional architect.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide strategic insights.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
