About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Fresher who has a basic understanding of running Social Media Ads Google AdWords and managing social media pages. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative self-driven and eager to grow in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Instagram and Google Ads.
- Regularly monitor optimize and report performance metrics of ad campaigns.
- Maintain and update social media pages with fresh engaging content.
- Create basic content for posts ads and other marketing materials independently.
- Help build and grow online communities and engage with the audience meaningfully.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing.
- Use AI tools effectively by asking the right prompts and getting useful outputs for content visuals and campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with senior marketers and designers to support ongoing campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Ads (Meta platforms) and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media profiles.
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
- Fluency in Hindi is a strong added advantage.
- Ability to write crisp and clear content for posts ads and creatives.
- Basic understanding of online community building and digital engagement.
- Curiosity and initiative to experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT Canva AI etc.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Any internship or freelance experience in digital marketing.
- Exposure to tools like Canva ChatGPT Notion Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
