Job Objective:
To perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant s responsibilities include managing calendars making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role you should be well-organized have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management: Manage Partners calendars and set up meetings.
* Travel Management: Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Understand & Comprehend - Mailing and Communication from the Managing Partner.
* Research and Data Collation on Legal & general topics.
* Administrative duties for Managing Partner and other Business Heads.
* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
* HR Operation Support.
* Format information for internal and external communication memos emails presentations reports.
* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or post-graduation with 1-2 years of experience in general operations executive assistant or any related field.
* Time management skills with the ability to multitask and concurrently manage multiple activities.
* Strong interpersonal and Relationship Building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools ready to learn new software and systems.
* Punctuality Discretion and confidentiality.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced growing company.
* Consolidate Investments and Wealth Management Data and regularly Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports.
