Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective science curricula for students.
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons that deepen students understanding of scientific concepts.
- Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing feedback to foster improved learning outcomes.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
- Develop and assign projects and practical experiments to stimulate student interest.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share resources.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
- Incorporate technology into the classroom to facilitate innovative learning experiences.
- Monitor and support students social and emotional growth.
- Stay current with scientific advancements and integrate relevant information into lesson plans.
- Assist in the preparation of students for academic assessments.
- Engage students in discussions and encourage critical thinking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education Science or related field.
- Teaching certification or license as required by Indian regulations.
- Proven experience teaching science at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of science curricula and instructional strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills.
- Proficient in integrating technology into lessons.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Capacity to engage students and stimulate scientific inquiry.
