Designation: Operations Executive
Location: Erandwane Pune
Company Overview: Our client is a fast-growing company in the Corporate Gifting segment offering innovative and customised solutions to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries.
- Handle order processing input orders verify pricing discounts and product codes and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Respond to urgent queries via phone email or messages especially when sales representatives are unavailable.
- Maintain accurate sales records develop filing systems and assist in preparing regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales operations and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or operations support role.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Awareness of industry trends and basic understanding of commercial operations.
