Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable fast food dining experience. The Restaurant General Manager is passionate about providing guests with the best experience possible. Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
- Food order and chicken order
- Training and coaching team members
- Running a daily shift
- Forecasting crew schedule
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Supervise product production.
- Food order and chicken order
- Training and coaching team members
- Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Acts with integrity and honesty
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
- Available to work evenings weekends and holidays
