This is a remote position.
We are seeking a client-focused Onboarding & Client Success Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new Member law firms. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients adopt and maximize the value of our CRM platform. You ll serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding providing live training addressing adoption challenges and working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Manage the onboarding process for new Member law firms from kickoff to full platform adoption.
Facilitate live virtual training sessions (1 to 10 participants) primarily with attorneys and legal staff.
Present CRM tools and workflows with clarity and confidence addressing client questions and helping overcome adoption barriers in real-time.
Monitor client engagement and usage patterns to identify training gaps proactively or risks to adoption.
Provide personalized support during campaign launches and other key activation events.
Act as the main client-facing representative during onboarding collaborating with internal product and development teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Gather client feedback and escalate issues or opportunities for platform/process improvements.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date internal and external documentation including onboarding guides FAQs and client-facing resources.
Ensure responsive consistent support that fosters trust and confidence in the platform.
Minimum 2 years of experience in onboarding client success implementation or customer training ideally in a SaaS or CRM environment.
Proven ability to lead engaging virtual training sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Go High Level (preferred) Lawmatics Clio HubSpot or Salesforce.
Highly organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
