Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AU QLD Time or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 45000.00 Php 55000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Your Responsibilities as Executive Assistant would be:
Manage the executive s calendar inbox meetings and daily workflow.
Manage Social media postings and communications.
Organise and coordinate domestic and international travel including bookings changes and itineraries.
Familiarise themselves with the Job Management System to develop and integrate new functionality.
Screen prioritise and respond to emails calls and requests.
Provide confidential administrative support across various business interests.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively manage reminders and keep the executive on track throughout the day.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Work across various areas of the business supporting different teams and functions as needed.
Use and manage multiple systems primarily HubSpot for sales and CRM functions.
Qualifications as Executive Assistant:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Confident in managing multiple moving parts across a busy schedule.
Experience booking and managing complex travel itineraries and logistics.
High level of discretion professionalism and reliability.
Experience with CRM systems preferably HubSpot.
Familiarity with Job booking systems / CRM s such as Ascora Tradify ClickUp etc.
Ability to work independently prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
Solid project management and coordination abilities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and integrate multiple systems.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and across teams.
