Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join a high-performing digital team on a 1-year contract. In this role youll collaborate closely with Design Managers fellow product designers digital leads project managers and product owners to bring human-centered design to life across mobile and web platforms.
This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior designer who thrives in complex digital ecosystems and wants to contribute to scalable user-friendly digital experiences. The scope of work spans across mobile apps and websites in the consumer technology and digital services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product design outcomes across various digital products and touchpoints.
Simplify complex user journeys into intuitive meaningful experiences.
Translate user research insights into actionable design decisions.
Apply design thinking to uncover user pain points and generate relevant solutions.
Deliver clean engaging user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers and stakeholders.
Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively with rationale and user value.
Maintain and contribute to UX/UI design standards style guides and pattern libraries.
Stay up to date with the latest UX practices trends and tools to keep digital products competitive.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of recent work demonstrating end-to-end product design work is a must.
- 5 7 years of experience in UX/UI interaction or digital product design roles.
- Proficient in Figma or similar prototyping and design tools (or similar tool)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design usability principles and responsive design for web and mobile.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative curious and inspired by real-world user behavior and experiences.
- Proven ability to deliver UX deliverables such as wireframes user flows user scenarios/tasks prototypes storyboards and user scenarios.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative curious and inspired by real-world user behavior and experiences.
- Proven ability to deliver UX deliverables such as wireframes user flows user scenarios/tasks prototypes storyboards and user scenarios.

- Experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience owning projects communicating timelines aligning stakeholders and executing independently You confidently present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and data (including qualitative data) to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of change
