Job Description
Lithe Transformation is working with an established client a global name in Agile who are working on a number of Public Sector engagements. Theyre looking to augment their team with Transformation Consultants with 8 years experience or environments outside the Public Sector. In particular theyre looking for agile all-rounders (team and enterprise coaching delivery business agility) from manufacturing pharma and/or oil & gas/power sectors to bring fresh ideas and ways of working to their PS engagements.
The role is to be employed by us (Lithe Transformation) directly working with our clients team on their clients sites on an ongoing basis. Ideally wed like people who are based a daily commute from either London Bristol or Portsmouth. You need to be prepared to work a 3-day onsite hybrid in one of those locations and also travel (expenses covered) to the others where required.

For this role Lithe is offering a salary of 87000 plus pension.
