Job Description
The purpose of the FWS IT Assistant position is to provide support to the department on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting with Help Desk duties for Instructors and Staff
- Scanning filing and photocopying;
- Answering incoming phone calls taking messages and greeting visitors in
the Student Services or Career Services Dept.
- Contacting students regarding missing documents (if applicable)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments (if applicable)
- Sorting incoming mail (if applicable)
Assisting with special projects (if applicable)
Qualifications :
Must be in good academic standing
Have good communication skills
