We are seeking an organized and outgoing Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you will support our sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities managing client inquiries and coordinating event proposals. Youll work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial concept through on-site execution.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via email and phone
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings or site visits
Prepare customized event proposals contracts and pricing estimates
Maintain and update CRM with lead opportunity and client information
Collaborate with design and production teams to develop event concepts and budgets
Track proposal deadlines and follow up to secure signed agreements
Assist with post-event billing and client feedback collection
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
12 years of sales support or event coordination experience preferably in an event agency or hospitality environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for event support
