Messa Sync is seeking a motivated and dedicated Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Tampa. This entry-level position is designed to prepare high-potential candidates for future leadership roles within the company. The program offers hands-on experience training and mentorship to develop your business acumen communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership development program with rotations across departments
Assist with team coordination project planning and performance analysis
Learn and apply operational procedures leadership principles and business strategies
Collaborate with senior leaders to implement growth-oriented initiatives
Conduct market research and assist in developing strategic presentations
Monitor and evaluate training progress and performance goals
Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate initiative in solving problems
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management Communication or related field
Strong desire to grow into a leadership role
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Previous leadership or team coordination experience (academic volunteer or professional) is a plus
