Project Details: CLIENT is seeking a highly experienced and self-driven CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to support their transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role requires both strategic insight and technical proficiency in CRM and email marketing including campaign development audience segmentation data analysis and automation. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of relevant experience a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to manage ad-hoc projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the migration of existing CRM and email marketing operations to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop test and deploy email marketing campaigns including triggered/automated journeys and ad-hoc campaigns.
Design and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement retention and lifetime value.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT Sales Creative Analytics) to gather requirements and execute CRM initiatives.
Build and maintain audience segmentation models for personalized campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and customer data to generate insights and optimization strategies.
Create documentation and best practices for ongoing use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on new CRM and email tools/processes.
Own and execute special projects and ad-hoc initiatives related to email marketing CRM data hygiene and customer journey mapping.
Qualifications :
510 years of experience in CRM and email marketing with recent hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).
Strong understanding of customer journey development marketing automation and personalization strategies.
Proficient in tools such as SFMC (Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio Audience Builder) HTML/CSS for email and data integrations.
Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SFMC Reporting Tableau).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are a plus.
