Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the veterinary team across two locations fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses cultivating a strong learning environment
Manage a diverse caseload from routine check-ups to complex cases using evidence-based practices.
Communicate effectively with clients guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
Contribute to both clinics ongoing growth and reputation within the local community.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need
Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) or completion of NAVLE AVE or similar examinations.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for team development.
Commitment to delivering compassionate industry-leading care.
