Job Description

Responsibilities

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Administrator within our Client Services team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Client Services team and provide administration services to the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Youll ensure timely completion of investor and auditor requests while managing mailbox and workflow tools effectively.
  • Youll oversee the preparation and delivery of client outputs including setting and tracking timelines to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Youll maintain and review investor regulatory records update contact details and liaise with clients and investors as needed.
  • Youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders assist with client and entity onboarding and support ad hoc administrative tasks like payment processing.
  • Youll contribute to process improvements by suggesting ways to enhance efficiency or reduce risk while ensuring consistent quality and timely task delivery.

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a minimum of five GCSE passes (or equivalent).
  • You preferably have at least one year of experience in a finance administrative role.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
