Job Description

Come Grow with UsOperations Administrator

The Operations Administrator is an essential role on the Operations team.  The admin has the freedom to work independently but is a vital part of the team.  He/she assists with multiple projects and duties including inbound/outbound calls coordinating repairs and customer relations to ensure satisfaction after work is complete.  Performing with a focus on accuracy timeliness and responsiveness and high levels of diplomacy sound judgment and discretion when dealing with customers and other department staff.

 

What you will do:

  • Review and adjust daily fieldwork tickets using the TCR Software Program
  • HR paperwork including; Payroll validation and reports PTO requests updating personnel files W-4s and I-9s.
  • Process invoices conduct billing corrections & collections
  • Organize track and record inventory
  • Basic Accounts receivable knowledge

Qualifications :

What you bring to us:

  • 1-3 years of Office administrative experience
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Understanding of TX wage and hour laws
  • Regular exposure to all weather conditions in combination with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. (majority of time will be in an office setting)
  • Other things to know:

  • Position may lift or carry objects up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including sitting standing walking and driving.

 

Compensation: 

  • $24-$26 BOE
