Responsibilities
The Service Delivery Lead reports to the O2C Global Process Owner. The role will also work very closely with our Commercial Team Support Centre and relevant in-country teams. They required to have a strong focus on executing monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the billing process across the region. In addition identify improvement operations and work with our Transformation team and IT Teams to deliver key automation initiatives. Core deliverables are as below:
- Ensuring Vendors/Restaurants are paid correctly within the expected Service Level Agreement
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Support in-country teams with relevant insights with monthly reporting
- Managing and building a delivery team either in-house or outsourced
- Responsible for researching tracking and resolving billing issues on a timely basis
- Ensuring the accuracy of invoices with master data before approving payment
- Review / Approve any Revenue recognition journals impacting regional financial and payments (if applicable)
- Continuous improvement of the billing process
- Monitor and ensure SLAs are met issues escalated and prioritised (for both our internal and outsourced providers)
- Manage the governance process with stakeholders (i.e. weekly monthly and quarterly business reviews)
- Support onboarding of any new countries into the regional office
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 8 years or more of relevant accounting and operations experience with a degree in Accounting Business Administration or Finance.
- 5 years of minimum experience leading a team
- Experienced in either SAP or Oracle ERP systems for Billing
- Familiar with Salesforce (CRM) and integration with ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and who can foresee upstream and downstream impacts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of (or experience in) tech industry or fast-paced environments
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft applications for analysis and reporting
- Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience with SQL or the desire to learn
- Familiar with IFRS revenue recognition principles
- Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A creative mindset and a willingness to question assumptions and conventional wisdom. You love creating new systems and solving problems via infrastructure and automation.
