Get to Know the Role

As a Video Content Intern you will play a key role in transforming Grabs internal knowledge base into engaging easy-to-follow video content. Youll work closely with GTS and POPs service owners to identify important knowledge articles (KAs) and convert them into short multilingual instructional videos using tools like Zoom Clips and CapCut.

You will report to Senior Manager Enterprise Communications. This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Intern will be responsible for identifying existing knowledge articles in Grab Central for POPs and GTS and converting them into video format.
  • Intern can utilise existing simple video recording and editing tools such as Zoom Clips and Capcut to produce these videos. Each video should be generated with subtitles in multiple languages including Thai Bahasa Malay and Vietnamese.
  • Intern needs to collaborate with the relevant Service Owners to validate the KA topics that can be transformed into KA videos and obtain their approval prior to converting them into video format.
  • Intern must obtain access to relevant GTS/POPs tools needed to create KA videos.
  • Track and upload all the videos and relevant information in a centralised repository.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You will need to start the internship in August 2025 with a minimum duration of 3 months.
  • You are majoring in Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Experience using simple tools like Zoom Clips CapCut or similar platforms to create clean concise video content.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including service owners to gather input and validate content.
  • Ensure accuracy in subtitles by working with country specefic teams and alignment with approved knowledge articles.
  • Comfortable working independently managing timelines and tracking progress in a structured way.
  • Maintain clear documentation of video versions approval status and uploads in a central repository.
