Position: Scrum Master Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Help identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus
- Must have stable internet and laptop
