The Hospitality Professional- All rounder will work closely with the Night Manager ensuring the efficient running of the hotel during the night shift.
This role is overnight 7:30pm to 6am this role encompasses various duties
- Assists guests with request and/or complaints
- May handle check-ins/check-outs
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of lobby and Restaurant and Bar areas (will work closely with the F&B manager as well.)
- Provides security assistance in the hotel and front entrance area during night shift. (I.e. from 7:30pm - 6am).
- Ensures exceptional customer service to all guests and protects guest privacy and safety when within reasonable control of the position to do so.
- May compute bill collect payments and makes change for guests as well as doing Night Audit functions
- Assist with any overnight room service requests ie Food & Drinks
- Clean and rest the Lobby and Barrel & Co Bar and grill
- May post charges to Opera guest accounts
- Complete department/shift checklists and/or reports for relevant shifts.
- Maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
