Job Description
We are seeking a talented and analytical Associate Strategy & Management Systems to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad India. In this role you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and management systems to drive organizational efficiency and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
- Assist in the design and implementation of management systems to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct data analysis and create insightful reports to support decision-making processes
- Participate in project management activities ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support the evaluation and selection of management tools and technologies
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on strategy and management system initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field; MBA preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning analysis techniques and management systems implementation
- Excellent data analysis visualization and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of business strategy operations and industry trends
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
