As a Bid Manager at Endava you will coordinate and support the development of high-quality client-focused proposals and presentations. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bid process working closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure submissions are timely compliant and aligned to client requirements.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end bid process across assigned opportunities.
- Work with the Head of Bid Management and Sales Lead to understand win strategies and ensure they are reflected in deliverables.
- Assist in shaping storyboards and response outlines to guide contributors.
- Coordinate the development of document structures timelines and response plans.
- Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and refine content.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity tone and consistency.
- Support the development of client presentations ensuring alignment with the proposal.
- Ensure all submissions meet internal governance and approval requirements.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience coordinating end-to-end bids ideally in a technology consultancy or services environment.
- Excellent organisation communication and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical input into clear client-centric language.
- Experience working with virtual cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams SharePoint and the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Skilled at editing and improving written content for impact.

- APMP certification preferred but not essential
