Job Description
Culina Group have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to support the ongoing recruitment needs of our business.
In the role of Recruitment Advisor you will be providing a fast paced and proactive service to our hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for effectively facilitating the recruitment of our blue collar colleagues predominantly focusing on Warehouse Operatives and Drivers ensuring the delivery of a well-organised service that meets the needs of the business.
Key Duties
- Create and manage attractive job advertisements to attract talent pool highlighting essential qualifications and company values.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Ownership of efficient and effective end to end recruitment from point of approved ATR to Offer and onboarding.
- Source potential candidates using job boards and social media.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience at each part of the recruitment process promoting the Group as an employer of choice.
- Actively develop positive relationships with all stakeholders by providing a proactive customer focused credible and timely recruitment service.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience of managing high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.
- Able to effectively multi-task and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
