As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) at SIXT you will be creating solutions used globally by millions of users revolutionizing the way people experience mobility. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You own and drive key features and projects throughout the full product development cycle: from the ideation phase through design specification and development to the launch and post-release analysis
- You define and prioritize product initiatives that will enable the growth and scale of SIXTs ambitions which is one of the major priorities of the business
- You collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders (e.g. product engineering design operations data science teams) to define build and launch products and features
- You write crystal clear product specs optimize conversion funnels and foster a culture of experimentation by encouraging the testing of new ideas and features through rapid prototyping and A/B testing
- You will leverage product data and key performance indicators to drive informed strategic decision-making in complex environments
- You develop and execute personalization strategies that tailor content features and experiences to individual user needs driving engagement and conversion
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring several years of product management experience adapt in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork with a focus on customer-facing digital products (experience in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry is a plus)
- Teamwork You have worked closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define prioritize and deliver product features aligned with business goals
- Skills You are comfortable leading and using available data insights to help your team and peers make strategic product decisions. Additionally you have experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses optimize features and drive data-informed product decisions
