Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
- Champion a robust safety culture ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and ISO requirements.
- Lead safety initiatives fostering an environment of compliance within the team.
Personnel / Personnel Development:
- Supervise and nurture direct reports aligning with organizational policies for optimum performance.
- Strategically manage staffing levels oversee recruitment and drive staff development initiatives.
Customer Service / Business Development:
- Uphold a gold standard in customer service promptly addressing inquiries and discerning customer needs.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of market dynamics competition and recommend enhancements.
Essential Functions:
- Spearhead area sales emphasizing safety customer service and budgetary considerations.
- Provide mentorship to Account Managers and Branch Managers elevating overall team performance.
- Collaborate on sales distribution strategies define territories quotas and overarching goals.
Possess a Bachelors Degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Accumulate 3 years of experience in successfully selling industrial gases and equipment.
- Prior engagement in the industrial and/or specialty gas sector is advantageous.
Technical Expertise:
- Showcase a track record of adept negotiation and selling skills with consistent goal attainment.

Travel Requirements:
