Were seeking a System Analyst to play a critical role in aligning technology systems with business objectives. The System Analyst will serve as a key link between our business operations and IT systems ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports and drives efficiency across production supply chain sales and project management. You will evaluate and enhance our existing systems assist in ERP implementation/integration and collaborate with multiple departments to support digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current business and manufacturing processes to identify system requirements and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with department leaders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Support implementation configuration and customization of ERP and MRP systems tailored to the manufacturing sector.
Evaluate software and hardware solutions propose upgrades or replacements based on business needs.
Design and document workflows process maps data flow diagrams and technical documentation.
Conduct system testing troubleshooting and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
Serve as technical liaison between production teams vendors and IT staff.
Provide ongoing technical support and training for internal users.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Epicor SAP Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain workflows and inventory systems.
Experience with SQL databases data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
