Customer Service Representative (Dutch speaking) Search Engine

What you will do in this role
Respond to inbound customer requests documenting relevant case information
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with presales general inquiries and technical support issues via multiple channels
Escalate customer issues to higher support tiers when necessary
Collaborate with other team members to resolve or properly close help tickets
Your qualifications
High level of Dutch (written and oral)
Fluent English (B2)
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical terms for nontechnical users
Patience and problem solving mindset
Interest in IT and tech related trends
Proactive self motivated and a strong team player
