Job Description

Were Hiring: Content Moderator (Germans peaking) Social Media
Onsite in Porto Portugal

Are you fluent in German and passionate about creating safe online spaces Join our dynamic team in Porto as a Content Moderator and help review and manage usergenerated content for one of the worlds leading social media platforms.

What youll do:
Review audit and moderate user content in line with community guidelines
Analyse and handle reports on sensitive or complex issues
Maintain high quality standards while working in a fastpaced environment
Contribute to improving processes and enhancing user experience

What were looking for:
Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
At least 6 months experience in moderation customer service or similar fields
Strong attention to detail critical thinking and teamwork skills
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines
