Join Our Team as a Russian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Porto Portugal On-site only
Start Date: Immediate
Are you a native Russian speaker with strong English skills (C1 level) Do you excel at creating great customer experiences and thrive in fast-paced environments Were looking for enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team in Porto!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to customers via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Work with internal tools and stay up to date through training
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Valid European passport or Portuguese work permit (no sponsorship available)
- Immediate availability
- Willingness to work rotating shifts 24/7 Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day)
- Two rotating days off per week
- Must be located in Porto on-site role only remote work not possible
