SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement Management: Oversee and manage the procurement process ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company policies.
- Data Management: Collect monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Asset and Expenditure Oversight: Monitor and manage the companys assets and expenditures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing current and historical financial records for review by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Heads of Department (HOD) Project Managers (PM) and Group Finance.
- Financial Policy Implementation: Assist and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits.
- Support Departmental Operations: Assist various departments and teams with their daily operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 12 years experience handling financial services.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding time-management and organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information for preparation of reports and/or other documentation.
- Previous experience of using Power BI for reporting D365 ABEX and other software for Finance activity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
