Job Summary:
Our client in the health supplement industry is looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Operation staff to handle sales operations customer inquiries data entry and distributor support.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Support (SP):
Input distributor data sales records staff claims and travel orders
Handle daily sales reporting filing and money counting
Manage credit card settlements collections and bank deposits
Submit collection documents to Accounts
Customer Service (CS):
Handle local and international calls
Respond to product and marketing inquiries
Update distributor info (e.g. bank details NRIC)
Support telemarketing for events promotions and campaigns
Guide new distributors with recruitment forms
Share product and marketing info
Submit monthly customer feedback reports
Others:
Support events warehouse operations and administrative tasks
Run external errands (e.g. ministries customs)
Main Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
1-2 years experience in customer service or sales support
Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint
Good English communication skills
Strong planning coordination and problem-solving abilities
